Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has fixed the minimum call rate for all mobile phone operators in Bangladesh at Tk 45 per minute and it has been instructed to take effect from 12:00 pm on Monday. In other words, the new call rate will be effective from the first day on 14th August, 2018. In the new tariff policy, the BTRC has set the highest call rate for all mobile phones in the country.
Under this directive of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission, there is no separate tariff from one operator to another operator. Rather, the minimum rate of 45 paisa / minute and maximum of 2 taka / minute rate will be available on all operators mobile.
Earlier, at the minimum of 25 paisa / minute and other operators (off-net) 60 paisa / minute low limit was on the own operator (on-net).
Already the mobile phone operator Grameenphone has announced this new tariff with the message. Others are also reporting. Grameenphone gave a notice regarding their site.
VAT and other tariffs with the above tariff will be applicable. Now let's see how an operator rated. Stay with me to get updates
